Department of National Parks and Wildlife to improve the conservation of wildlife
in the Nyika National Park and the Vwaza Marsh Wildlife Reserve.
The Nyika-Vwaza (UK) Trust will provide the funding for year on year operational
costs and specific projects through the generosity of its supporters.

Jonathan Timberlake
Jonathan works in the Herbarium at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, London, where he edits Flora Zambesiaca, the regional flora for south-central Africa (including Malawi), and acts as the main focal point at Kew for that region. He also led Kew's recent Mozambique–Malawi montane biodiversity project, in which the Mulanje Mountain Conservation Trust was one of the main partners, and is involved in assisting conservation initiatives in the region, particularly in Mozambique, Zambia and Malawi.
